Details

The Pink Double Shrub Rose is the rose that changed people's minds about roses being high-maintenance. It blooms non-stop from spring until frost with fully double pink flowers, drops spent blooms automatically so you never have to deadhead, and shrugs off the diseases that make other roses a constant chore.

Material: Main body is a live own-root Rose shrub with dense branching, glossy green foliage with attractive red new growth. Auxiliary includes nutrient-rich potting soil for healthy establishment. Accessories include a biodegradable grower pot and detailed planting instructions for successful transplanting.

Size: Mature height 914-1219mm, crown spread 914-1219mm, creating a full, bushy appearance.

Color: Flowers: pink; Foliage: green, turning red in fall.

Age Group: Adults.

Gender: Unisex.

Additional Features: Hardy to USDA Zones 5-11, thrives in full sun; self-cleaning variety requires no manual deadheading, saving time and effort; naturally resistant to black spot, rust, and powdery mildew, even in humid southern climates; ideal for mixed hedges, border planting, walkway edging, or decorative containers; light spring pruning to one-third maintains excellent form; planting in rows creates a stunning, uniform pink flower wall effect; makes an excellent gift for Mother's Day or any special occasion.

Care Instructions: Plant in full sun in well-drained soil. Water deeply once a week during the first growing season; established plants are moderately drought tolerant. No deadheading needed — spent blooms fall naturally. Prune in early spring, cutting back by one-third to one-half to encourage strong new growth and continuous blooming. Fertilize in early spring and midsummer with a balanced rose fertilizer. Ensure good air circulation to maintain disease resistance.
